Privacy policy

Exactly what data we collect, what we do with it, and who sees it.

  1. 01What we collect

    • When you book: your name, email, WhatsApp number, chosen batch and package, country and language.
    • When you ask for the Cheat Sheet: your email, and your number if you add it.
    • Payment details (card, wallet) are entered on Fawaterak's page directly; we never see them.

  2. 02How we use it

    • To send your ticket, files and the Google Meet link.
    • To contact you about your booking, or your project if you're VIP.
    • To send the Cheat Sheet and occasionally news of a new workshop. Ask us to stop any time.

  3. 03Cookies and ads

    • Necessary cookies: country and language, and a signed cookie linking you to your order.
    • We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ads (visit, booking, purchase). Email and phone are sent to Meta hashed (SHA-256), never in plain text.
    • You can block ad cookies in your browser or in your Facebook ad settings.

  4. 04Who sees your data

    • Fawaterak: to process payment.
    • Neon: the database storing your booking.
    • Hostinger: the email service sending our messages.
    • Meta: ad measurement as above.
    • We never sell your data.

  5. 05Your rights

    • Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at contact@zeyad.email. We reply within 14 days.
    • Records of paid orders are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require.
