Terms and refund policy

These terms cover booking the "Programmer Mindset" workshops run by Zeyad Shalaby on mindset.zeyad.io. Booking a seat means you accept them.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

  1. 01The workshop

    • Workshops run live on Google Meet. Length and dates are shown on the booking page in Cairo time.
    • Each batch has limited seats. A seat is confirmed only after payment completes and your ticket email arrives.

  2. 02Payment

    • Payments go through Fawaterak. We never see or store card details.
    • Prices are shown in your local currency. Payment fees are paid by the customer, depend on the method (card, wallet, Fawry...), and are shown on Fawaterak's page before you confirm.
    • With a pay-later method (like Fawry or Aman) your seat is held for 72 hours, then released if unpaid.
    • If you start paying and don't finish, the seat is held for 30 minutes only.

  3. 03Refunds and transfers

    • Full refund if you ask 48 hours or more before your batch starts.
    • Moving to another batch: tell us at least 72 hours before your batch and we'll move you to any batch with room.
    • Less than 48 hours before your batch: no refund.
    • If we cancel or postpone a batch, you choose a full refund or another batch.
    • Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or wallet.
    • To ask for a refund or transfer, reply to your ticket email or write to contact@zeyad.email.

  4. 04Files and content

    • Files you receive after payment (participant guide, prompt library) are for your personal use.
    • Don't resell or publish them, or share download links or the Google Meet link with anyone who hasn't booked.
    • Recording or republishing the workshop needs written permission.

  5. 05VIP

    • VIP includes a live one-hour review of your project right after the workshop, plus written notes.
    • Send your project 48 hours before the workshop so the review can happen.

  6. 06Expectations

    • The workshop teaches a way of working. Results depend on how you apply it; no job or income is promised.

  7. 07Contact

    • Questions: contact@zeyad.email or WhatsApp at the number on the site.
